Performance-based compensation
Your salary depends on your degree, your work experience, and your role, but above all on your performance. Since our founding in 2019, we have been growing steadily, and this is reflected in our salaries as well. However, as a start-up we do not have the resources that are common in large corporations or the public sector. A significant part of your overall compensation here comes from your extremely steep learning curve.

Amperecloud is based in Berlin-Mitte, just a three-minute walk from Alexanderplatz. The area is urban, lively, and extremely well connected by public transport. We are surrounded by bistros and cafés where you can enjoy your breaks. Our office is modern and well structured. You are also welcome to bring your dog.
