Each intervention is documented in two stages: first by checking off tickets during the on-site visit, and second by the maintenance report, which you then generate automatically with a click. Based on the maintenance report, the ticket is closed and the previously deactivated alarm is reactivated. However, if the issue was only partially resolved during the intervention, the alarm is triggered again, which in turn creates new tickets. In this way, your intervention documentation does not end with the maintenance report, but is directly linked to the Monitoring. Ideal for validating the quality of your interventions.
