Solution/Product
Amperecloud Platform

Before Amperecloud, the team worked with separate systems: Monitoring via a manufacturer portal, and ticket management and technician coordination via another tool. This fragmented software landscape led to a high manual workload, unclear alarms, and time‑consuming, error‑prone documentation. A scalable, future‑proof solution was urgently needed.

Key results

Management of 36 assets — in a central operating system.

Shorter response times — through combined alarm and ticket management.

Unlock your system’s full potential with training — Embed best practices directly into day-to-day operations.

The better your team is trained, the more efficiently Amperecloud Platform will be used – and the more of its potential the operating system can unlock.
